Does this sound familiar?
Many of the people I work with feel…
- Overwhelmed or burned out
- Stuck in painful patterns
- Disconnected from yourself
- Unsure how to move forward
- Wanting change, but afraid of it
- Tired of holding it all together
Many struggles are rooted in a dysregulated nervous system: protective responses that show up as anxiety, hopelessness, fear, overwhelm, shutdown or depression. They made sense once. Therapy helps them soften.
Ways we can work together
Trauma therapy that includes the body
Using EMDR, somatic approaches and experiential therapies, I help clients process trauma, regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their inner strength and clarity. Online therapy, EMDR intensives and walk-and-talk sessions.

Meet Katrina
Hi, I’m Katrina. I’m so glad you’re here.
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. You don’t need perfect words, or to hold everything together. We gently explore what’s true for you, uncover what’s getting in the way, and reconnect you with your inner clarity.
I meet you with compassion and respect, supporting growth at your own pace: reflecting patterns and encouraging steps toward the life you truly want. My work is trauma-informed and somatically oriented, integrating EMDR and experiential therapies for nervous-system regulation and lasting change.
It’s an honor to be trusted with someone’s story.

Questions
Before you reach out
What happens in the free 30-minute consult?
It’s a relaxed conversation, not an assessment. We talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, you can ask anything you like about how I work, fees and scheduling, and together we get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s free, it lasts 30 minutes, and there’s no pressure or commitment.
How much does therapy cost?
Sessions are private pay: session fee & length. EMDR intensives are priced by format: intensive format & price. The consult is always free. See fees & payment for details.
Do you take insurance?
in-network plans, if any. If you have out-of-network benefits, superbills: yes / no. It’s worth calling your insurer and asking about “out-of-network outpatient mental health” coverage. Reimbursement is never guaranteed.
Do you offer sessions online or in person?
Sessions are online by video for anyone located in California. If you’re near Santa Monica, walk-and-talk sessions outdoors are also available (walk-and-talk meeting area). We can talk through which feels best in your consult.
Who do you work with?
I work especially with women who look like they’re holding it all together but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck underneath. I also love working with young adults (18–25) and neurodivergent people navigating trauma, identity, boundaries, self-worth, relationships and family dynamics.
